We've been piloting our waste reduction program with waste sorting stations at the Night Market and Street Fair and it's been great. In just 3 months, 90% of vendors are using service ware that is compostable in our local industrial compost facility, Barr-Tech, and we've diverted 108 pounds of food waste, and 48 pounds of clean recycling.
