Let’s Make Expo a Low-Waste Event!

Volunteer as a Waste Ambassador

for Opening Ceremonies, Bloomsday and other iconic Spokane events.

• You will receive training and help vendors and celebrants properly dispose of waste in 3 categories: recycling, compost and landfill.

• Waste Ambassadors will work in groups of 2-3 alongside a staffed information booth.

• Shifts will range from 3-5 hours.

• We encourage businesses, organizations, clubs, and families to fill a shift as a day of community service.

Our Goal: set a new standard of Sustainability in Spokane!
